Chelsea and her bridesmaids dressed in mint-colored dresses poured champagne and posed for the camera upstairs in the Bridal Suite while Steven and his groomsmen hung out downstairs. Laughs were contagious, memories were created, and a first touch was shared between the bride and groom before the groups lined up for ceremony.
White flowers framed in The Estate’s center Palladian window and candles flickered near the base. Guests signed the bride and groom’s guest book and took a seat. Once everyone was in attendance, the wedding party made their entrances ending with Chelsea. An emotional first look was shared as Chelsea made her way to Steven at the head of the aisle. In front of all their closest friends and family, the couple read personalized vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.
A Bao Bar with Braised Pork Belly and Bulgogi Beef became a popular spot while Crab Cakes and Thai Vegetable Spring Rolls were tray passed around the Speakeasy. To wash it all down, the bar was serving beer, wine and the newlywed’s signature drinks, a Long Island and Paloma. Everyone mixed and mingled until it was time to head back into the Crystal Ballroom for dinner.
Tables were sprinkled with small bud vases housing white roses and sparkling chandeliers hung overhead. Chelsea and Steven made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, and took a seat at their sweetheart table. Huli Huli Chicken, Sliced Beef Brisket, Jasmine Rice, Wild Cherry Salad, and Hawaiian Style Potato Macaroni Salad was served. The menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Kristy. While guests enjoyed dinner, friends and family stood to share toasts. Glasses clinked in the air as each speech ended, then the newlyweds cut into their personal-sized wedding cake and invited everyone to indulge in our All American Dessert Station with a collection of S’more Macarons, Rice Krispy Treats, Chocolate Ganache Brownies, Individual Strawberry Shortcakes, and Fresh Baked Chocolate Chip Cookies. The evening ended with everyone out on the dance floor showing off their best moves and celebrating the bride and groom.
