After tying the knot at their church, Banesa and Willy joined their guests at The Estate on Second for cocktail hour to continue the celebration. Filet and Wild Mushroom Wellingtons and Caprese Skewers were tray passed while the bar served beer and wine. The newlyweds mixed and mingled with their guests, then headed out with their photographer for some golden hour romantics around the venue. Upon their return, it was time for dinner.
Tables in the Crystal Ballroom was decorated with candles and purple and maroon florals. Once everyone was seated, Willy and Banesa made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, and took a seat at their sweetheart table. The first course of Pear and Walnut salad was served, and toasts began. Family and friends stood to share memories of the bride and groom and glasses clinked in the air. The final entrée course of Chicken Veronique, Short Rib Rotolo Bolzano, Haricot Verts, and Gourmet Mashed Potatoes was served just as the last speech ended. The menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our sales director, Hannah. After dinner, Banesa and Willy cut into their cake and invited guests to indulge in our French Dessert Collection with an assortment of Lavender Macarons, Raspberry Chocolate Decadence, Lemon Meringue Tarts, Vanilla Bean Chocolate Eclairs, and French Apple Tarts. The evening ended with everyone out on the dance floor enjoying the live music and showing off their best moves.
